convenient location fresh flowers large shower limited light weak signal early check-out
the location was convenient to points of interest. fresh flowers decorated the hall adding a cute touch. the large, clean shower was certainly a plus.
the window faced the adjacent building, limiting natural light. the wireless internet signal was weak, requiring me to stay close to the door. the early check-out time at 10:00 am felt rather inconvenient.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. I found the central location very convenient and easy to access. My room included clean linens and comfortable furnishings.
There was no elevator. I could hear noise from other rooms and the corridor. The music from an event lasted until late at night.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues

I appreciated the friendly and helpful check in staff. They were excellent. The location was good. It was only a short walk to the Kings Cross train station. I also liked that the room was quiet.
There was no lift, so I had to carry my bags. The shower was horrible. I could not get the balance of hot and cold right. The shower head is fixed into the roof too. You cannot really adjust the shower head and water was going out of the shower over the bathroom floor.

the premium double room was cozy it featured modern amenities the bed offered superb comfort for restful nights the location proved fantastic with easy access to various restaurants and shops i found the staff very friendly and helpful especially with directions to nearby amenities
the parking situation was somewhat inconvenient as the designated parking area required about a five-minute walk and operated on a single entry and exit basis
